After leaving Senegal, I headed south to The Gambia. What a wonderful little country! It's called the Smiling Coast for good reason. The people are wonderful and the country was just so lush and green. Not a lot to do, but I enjoyed my visit to the country. The highlight of the visit was the cooking class I took.
